Refund and Return Policy

At Circuit Ranger, we take pride in delivering quality components. However, if something goes wrong, we’re here to make it right.

✅ Eligible for Return/Replacement

You can request a return or replacement if:

You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product

The product is unused and in original packaging

You contact us within 7 days of delivery

🚫 Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns for:

Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Opened or used components (especially static-sensitive items like ICs, microcontrollers, sensors)

"Change of mind" or unwanted items after delivery

  • 🔁 How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at support@circuitranger.in with:

    • Order ID

    • Product name

    • Clear photo/video of the issue

  2. Wait for return approval within 24-48 hours

  3. Once approved, ship the item back to our address (return shipping may be borne by you unless it’s our error)

  • 💸 Refunds

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned item is received and inspected

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • It may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your bank account

  • ⚙ Replacements

  • If the item is in stock, we’ll dispatch a replacement within 2 working days

  • If not in stock, you’ll receive a full refund

  • 🧾 Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch (usually within a few hours)

  • Once shipped, cancellations are not possible
